The Listing Alert APP is a simple, easy to use realtor tool designed to help brokers and real estate agents organize and market their “delayed” or “coming soon” listings at the time the listing is taken.
To begin, Brokerages create their account with Listing Alert and invite agents to join them via email. Agents then create their own personal account by adding their listings and filling out some simple information on their properties. This would include addresses, square footage, lot size, etc.
Agents will upload their properties to the Listing Alert APP during the time in which the property is being prepared for the MLS release. Marketing time is often wasted while Agents are waiting for things like pictures, staging and video.
Another great feature of Listing Alert is that all properties listed will include a virtual clock indicating a countdown to when the property will hit the competitive, open market.
Ever have problems taking a floor call and not finding the property details the potential clients are looking for? Well with Listing Alert, once an agent has a signed listing agreement he or she can market the property on the same day by uploading it to the APP. The Listing Alert APP will automatically notify all the agents within your brokerage of the new listing and provide them with basic property details.
Now anyone in your brokerage can take a floor call in or outside the office with the confidence to provide potential clients with the details they’re looking for.
